Sometimes seeking support can often feel like an exposing and vulnerable process, yet it doesn't have to be. Unpacking deep-rooted patterns and beliefs takes time, and can happen when we feel safe enough to disclose to others. I value connection and relationship in my practice, and aim to create a space where that processing can truly happen. I assist clients in identifying their different parts, patterns, and core beliefs and support them in strengthening their sense of self. My dog, Sam, is also a therapy dog and can be present in the session if you wish.

Learn About Me and My Methods
I believe in supporting those who support us, or "helping the helpers". I am here to provide you with the tools and resources you need to succeed, both in your professional and personal life.
I consider myself a relational therapist, and I specialize in helping individuals cope with grief, trauma, and anxiety. I also have a particular focus on working with First Responders, Medical Personnel and their families, providing them with the support and guidance they need to navigate the unique challenges they face. Whether you're a member of the general public, First Responder, or in the Medical sector I'm here to help you find healing and peace. I work with both teenagers and adults.

I have completed specialized trainings in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS Level 1), Critical Incident Stress Management Response (CISM), and Nurturing Parenting.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oregon State University in 2015, followed by a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018. I also earned a post-graduate certificate in Infant Toddler Mental Health from Portland State University in 2020. After completing the required post-graduate supervised hours and licensure process, I became a fully Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in 2022. My training and experience have equipped me to provide evidence-based, client-centered care across diverse presenting concerns.
